LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Skokie Zoning Board of Appeals, Wednesday, June 3, 2015, Village of Skokie, 5127 Oakton Street, Skokie, Illinois 60077, at 7:30 P.M., to consider the following: REVIEW ACTION TAKEN 2014-13Z – 8319 Keystone Avenue Approved Mr. & Mrs. Baum request a variance in order to maintain a 8-0-1 170 square foot patio resulting in a 58.3% lot coverage by impermeable surfaces rather than the 50% maximum as Covenant required required by Section 118-78(b) of the Zoning Chapter of the Skokie Village Code in an R2 Single-Family district. NEW 2015-6Z – 5300 Galitz St Recommendation to Village Patricia Butler requests a variance in order to construct an Board for approval addition with a building height of 34’ 1½” and an eave 8-0-1 height of 27’ 9” rather than the 30’ maximum building height and 23’ maximum eave height as required by Section Covenant required 118-112(3)c. of the Zoning Chapter of the Skokie Village Code in an R2 Single-Family district.
