requests five variations in order to install the following: one sign with

24-inch logo and letters placed upon the roof and projecting above
the physical dimensions of the canopy facing Dempster Street, one
sign with 24-inch logo and letters placed upon the roof and

projecting above the physical dimensions of the canopy facing Carol
Street, and a parking directional wall sign projecting 36 inches from
a wall, rather than the maximum of 20-inch logos and 18-inch letters
on the face of the canopies, a maximum of 1 wall sign facing a
street, and a maximum 12-inch projection from a wall as required by
Sections 82-22(b)(1), 82-22(b)(5), 82-28(b)(1)a, and 82-14(b)(2)c of
the Skokie Village Code in a B3 Business district.
