LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Skokie Zoning Board of Appeals, Wednesday, August 5, 2020, Village of Skokie, 5127 Oakton Street, Skokie, Illinois 60077, at 7:30 P.M., to consider the following: REVIEW ACTION TAKEN 2020-02Z- 7019 Lorel Avenue Approved with the condition Danny Rakovic of Professional Jet Services, LLC, requests a that the walkway must be variation in order to install a sidewalk resulting in an brick paver and cannot be impermeable surface coverage of 80.6% rather than the concrete or asphalt 50% maximum as required by Section 118-122(c) of the 9-0-0 Skokie Village Code in an R2 Single-Family district.
