LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Skokie Zoning Board of Appeals, Wednesday, October 7, 2020, Village of Skokie, 5127 Oakton Street, Skokie, Illinois 60077, at 7:30 P.M., to consider the following: NEW ACTION TAKEN 2020-03Z- 4819 Main Street Approved without conditions Flawless Homes, LLC, requests a variation in order to develop 2nd floor apartments with a non-conforming parking space depth of 9-0-0 17’ 4” for 2 parking spaces rather than the required 18’ depth as required by Sec. 118-212(a)(1) of the Zoning Chapter of the Covenant required Skokie Village Code in a CX Core Mixed-Use zoning district. PIN: 10-21-402-091-0000 2020-04Z – 8550 Hamlin Avenue Lubavitch Chabad of Skokie, Inc., Chicago Title Land Trust Approved without conditions 133395, Yochanan Posner as beneficiary, requests a variation in order to continue 1 off-street parking space rather than provide 9-0-0 the minimum 2 required off-street parking spaces when the number of bedrooms increases on the site due to an addition, as Covenant required required by Sec. 118-201(2) and 118-218(1)c. of the Zoning Chapter of the Skokie Village Code in an R2 Single-Family zoning district.
