CITY OF SOUTH FULTON, GEORGIA Special Called Meeting City Hall Monday, June 8, 2026, 2:00 PM Special Called Meeting Minutes I. Meeting Called to Order - Mayor Carmalitha Gumbs The meeting was called to order by Mayor Carmalitha Gumbs at 2:00 PM. II. Roll Call - City Clerk Corey Adams Present: Mayor Carmalitha Gumbs Councilmember Catherine F. Rowell Councilmember Aaron V. Johnson - Arrived at 2:05 PM Councilmember Jaceey Sebastian Councilmember Keosha B. Bell Councilmember Natasha Williams-Brown Councilmember Linda B. Pritchett Following the roll call by the City Clerk, a quorum was established. III. Executive Session for Personnel and Litigation Chair Mayor Carmalitha Gumbs recessed for the Executive Session for Personnel and Litigation at 2:02 PM by unanimous consent. Chair Mayor Carmalitha Gumbs reconvened the Special Called meeting at 4:44 PM by unanimous consent. The City Clerk reported that no formal action was taken in executive session that requires a public vote. IV. Adjournment of Meeting Chair Mayor Carmalitha Gumbs adjourned the Special Called meeting at 4:45 PM by unanimous consent.
