III. 3. Discussion of: The Department of Elder Affairs Parking Review. Please note that
the Committee may go into Executive Session for this agenda item for the purpose
of discussing attorney-client communications and the strategies with respect to
potential litigation, pursuan to Mass. General Laws chapter 30A, Section 21 (a)(3)
IV. 4. If the meeting goes into Executive Session, it is not expected to reconvene in
Open Session
