Approval of Minutes Committee Member Leo Florian made a motion to approve the public minutes of the meeting on March 23, 2021. Motion was seconded by Committee Member Bishop Talbert Swan with a unanimous vote to approve. III. Schedule 2nd Meeting Date IV. City Law Department Review of Pertinent Sections of the Host Community Agreement related to the Community Advisory Committee Attorney Edward Pikula reviewed the history of the host community agreement and the purpose of the committee. Committee Member Bishop Talbert Swan made a motion to meet quarterly. Motion was seconded by Committee Member Jose Claudio with a unanimous vote to approve. V. Review from MGM Springfield VI.
