City Hall--Mayor's Conference Room, 36 Court Street 2nd Floor Room 204-205, Springfield, MA and VIA ZOOM (remote collaboration technology). The meeting will be hybrid, as some participants will be appearing online and others will be appearing in person. If members of the public would like to access the meeting, they may do so by using the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84166871841. Members of the public should note that the meeting will start in open session and it is anticipated that it will move into executive session shortly thereafter. Much of the meeting, including adjournment, is expected to be conducted in executive session. For questions regarding accessing the meeting, please contact Attorney Talia K. Gee at 413-886-5119. II.
