City Clerk Location At the corner of Main Street and Margaret Street in Springfield, MA. Petitions Eversource of Massachusetts (EGMA) hereby requests that it be granted a location for and permission to install and replace underground gas facilities within a section of the South End Neighborhood at Margaret Street and William Street. This project will introduce modernized natural gas facilities to the area and retire the aged cast iron low pressure natural gas infrastructure.
