Councilor Marcus Williams Chaired the meeting on behalf of Councilor Rooke. Atty. Ed Pikula presented a draft of the New Recreational Marijuana laws. There are several key points for informational purposes only. There is currently a moratorium on this issue until August of this year. There are many unanswered questions on the issue due to State regulations that will not be known until March 2018 and take effect July 2018.
