FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE August 7, 2025 2:00 p.m. Councilman Denny Whayne Conference Room (Busch Building, 4th Floor) MEMBERS PRESENT: Brandon Jenson, Chair; Monica Horton; and Craig Hosmer. MEMBERS ABSENT: Bruce Adib-Yazdi. STAFF PRESENT: David Cameron, City Manager; David Holtmann, Director of Finance; Jody Vernon, Assistant Director of Finance and Comptroller; Wendy Garrison, Chief Judge of Municipal Court; Ryan Hall, Assistant Director of Human Resources; Darla Morrison, Director of Human Resources; Maurice S. Jones, Deputy City Manager; Katie Towns, Director of Public Health and Welfare; Jordan Paul, City Attorney; Collin Quigley, Deputy City Manager; and Anita Cotter, City Clerk. GUESTS: Angela Morelock, Forvis Mazars; and Kyle Bowden, Forvis Mazars. Brandon Jenson, Chair, called the meeting to order at approximately 2:03 p.m., and roll call was conducted. Present: Brandon Jenson, Monica Horton, and Craig Hosmer. Absent: Bruce Adib- Yazdi Councilmember Horton moved to approve the minutes of the March 27, 2025, Finance and Administration Committee meeting as presented. Councilmember Hosmer seconded the motion, and it was approved by the following vote: Ayes: Horton, Hosmer, and Jenson. Nays: None. Absent: Adib-Yazdi. Abstain: None. Councilmember Hosmer moved the Finance and Administration Committee hold a closed meeting to discuss confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body and its auditor, including all auditor work product pursuant to Section 610.021(17) RSMo.; and this meeting, record, and vote shall be closed and the Finance and Administration Committee shall stand adjourned at the end of the closed session. Councilmember Horton seconded the motion, and it was approved by the following vote: Ayes: Hosmer, Jenson, and Horton. Nays: None. Absent: Adib-Yazdi. Abstain: None.
