NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI A Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Springfield, Missouri will be held by phone and in person at the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce Offices in the City of Springfield, Missouri, 202 South John Q. Hammons Parkway, on Friday, October 31, 2014, at 8:00 a.m., to consider the following items: a) Approval of the minutes of the last meeting of the Board of Directors. b) Consider the covenants imposed in conjunction with the property Park Place North Apartments, owned by Mark Tendai, and their release by the IDA. c) Such other business as may come before the Board of Directors.
