NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public notice is hereby given that The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Springfield, Missouri (the "Authority") will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 commencing at 10:30 a.m., regarding the proposed issuance by the Authority of its housing revenue bonds, in one or more series, in the aggregate maximum principal amount of not to exceed $22,000,000, for the purpose of financing a portion of the costs of acquisition and rehabilitation of a 297-unit qualified residential rental project under Section 142 of the Internal Revenue Code comprised of 85 buildings currently owned by the Housing Authority of the City of Springfield, Missouri at multiple locations within the City of Springfield, Missouri, including (i) Glenwood Apartments located at or about 722 E. Glenwood Street, (ii) Cedarbrook Apartments located at or about 811 N. Cedarbrook Avenue, (iii) Bolivar Road Apartments located at or about 2336 N. Bolivar Road, together with the adjacent single family home located at or about 2301 N. Fort Ave. to be demolished during rehabilitation, (iv) Villa Marie Apartments located at or about 1010 E. Norton Road, (v) Dogwood Apartments located at or about the intersection of W. Madison Street and S. Campbell Avenue and (vi) various scattered site buildings located at or about the following addresses: 1633, 1635 N. Delaware Ave. 730, 732 W. Edgewood St. 411, 413 S. Weaver Ave. 1634, 1636 N. Delaware Ave. 736, 738 W. Edgewood St. 412, 414 S. Weaver Ave. 1639, 1641 N. Delaware Ave. 2628, 2630 S. Grant Ave. 417, 419 S. Weaver Ave. 1642, 1644 N. Delaware Ave. 1405, 1407 E. High St. 418, 420 S. Weaver Ave. 1643, 1645 N. Delaware Ave. 1411, 1413 E. High St. 809, 811 W. Sunset St. 1648, 1650 N. Delaware Ave. 1417, 1419 E. High St. 815, 817 W. Sunset St. 1652,1654 N. Delaware Ave. 1423, 1425 E. High St. 823, 825 W. Sunset St. 714, 716 W. Edgewood St. 405, 407 S. Weaver Ave. 915, 917 W. Sunset St. 722, 724 W. Edgewood St. 406, 408 S. Weaver Ave. the owner and operator of which will be Keystone Family Homes, LP, a Missouri limited partnership. As part of the ongoing efforts to limit the spread of novel coronavirus in Missouri and in compliance with local orders and IRS Revenue Procedure 2020-21 no in-person attendance will be allowed. Interested individuals may attend and participate in the public hearing via conference call. Please call toll free number 877-230-5394 and use access code 2187566# to join the conference. The hearing will be open to the public. All interested persons may participate the hearing and will have an opportunity to express their views with respect to the above–mentioned project, including the location and nature of the proposed facilities and the issuance of bonds to pay the costs thereof. Written comments with respect to the project may also be submitted to the undersigned prior to the hearing. Additional information regarding the proposed project and the bonds may be obtained in advance of the hearing from the undersigned. The Authority makes reasonable accommodations for any known disability that may interfere with a person’s ability to participate in public meetings. Persons needing an accommodation must notify the Authority, by telephone or in writing, no later than five days prior to the hearing to allow adequate time to make needed arrangements.
