Resolution 2020-03 Authorizing the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Springfield, Missouri to issue its Multi-Family Housing Revenue Bonds (Keystone Family Homes) in two series on behalf of Keystone Family Homes, LP to provide funds to finance a portion of the costs of the acquisition and rehabilitation of a 297-unit multi-family housing project; authorizing and approving certain documents in connection with the issuance of the bonds; and authorizing certain other actions in connection with the issuance of the bonds.
