Resolution 2024-01: A resolution authorizing the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Springfield, Missouri to issue its housing revenue bonds, in one or more series on behalf of Sankofa 411, LLC, in the aggregate maximum principal amount of not to exceed $7,000,000, for the purpose of financing a portion of the costs of acquisition, construction and equipping of an approximately 42-unit qualified residential rental project at 411 West Commercial Street and authorizing and approving certain documents and actions in connection with the issuance of the bonds. 5.
