The Ozark Region Workforce Development Board will enter a closed session to discuss the development, specifications, and administrative handling of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the One-Stop Operator. Under Section 610.021(11), RSMo: Specifications for competitive bidding, until either the specifications are officially approved by the public governmental body or the specifications are published for bid.
