I. Call to Order
The Vice Chair called the meeting to order at 10:10 AM and directed the Clerk to
call the roll.
II. Roll Call
The Vice Chair directed the Clerk to call the roll and the following members
answered to their names: Vice Cohn, Ms. Clark Hubbard, and Mr. Aldridge.
3 members were present. A quorum was established.
III. Approval of Minutes
Motion to approve minutes from the Wednesday, April 8, 2026, committee
meeting.
The Vice Chair stated they would entertain a motion to approve the minutes of the
April 8, 2026, committee meeting.
Mr. Aldridge moved to minutes of the April 8, 2026, committee meeting.
Seconded by Ms. Clark Hubbard.
The Vice Chair directed the Clerk to call the roll on the motion to approve the
April 8, 2026, committee meeting minutes.
The following voted Aye: Mr. Cohn, Ms Clark Hubbard, and Mr. Aldridge.
A total of 3 votes were cast. Motion carried
IV. Board Bills for Review
None
V. Resolutions for Review
None
VI. Committee Discussions
The committee will discuss the following and no public comment will be
taken:
Discussion Number 1
The committee will interview candidates for the Deputy Clerk position.
Vice Chair Cohn stated he will entertain a motion to go into closed session.
Mr. Aldridge moved to go into closed session.
Seconded by Ms. Clark Hubbard.
The Vice Chair directed the Clerk to call the roll.
The following voted aye: Mr. Cohn, Ms. Clark Hubbard, and Mr. Aldridge. 3 aye
votes.
The motion carried.
The meeting went to closed session at 10:15am.
Mr. Aldridge moved to leave close session.
Seconded by Ms. Clark Hubbard.
The Vice Chair directed the Clerk to call the roll.
The following voted aye: Mr. Cohn, Ms. Clark Hubbard, and Mr. Aldridge. 3 aye
votes.
The motion carried.
The meeting returned to open session at 11:52 am.
VII. Acknowledgment of Any Written Testimony
None
VIII. Announcements
Vice Chair Cohn announced there would be a Personnel and Administration
Committee meeting on April 16, 2026, at 11am.
IX. Excused Members
Mr. Cohn excused President Green for necessary absence.
X. Adjournment
Having no other business to discuss, the Vice Chair entertained a motion to
adjourn the meeting.
Ms. Clark Hubbard moved to adjourn the meeting.
Seconded by Mr. Aldridge.
The motion was carried by unanimous consent.
The meeting adjourned at 11:54am.
