Special Use Permit – Southern Company and ForeSite Services request approval of a special use permit for a communication tower under Sec. 110-69(b)(4) on the property located at tax parcel S29 02 001. The property is zoned C-1. b. Special Use Permit - Robert Guthrie requests approval of a special use permit under Sec. 110- 70 (c)(7) to allow the storage and dismantling of boats and marine parts on the property located at 3794 GA Hwy 40 E, tax parcel 135 032. The property is zoned C-2. c. Reverse Subdivision Final Plat – Catherine and John Ramsey request approval of a reverse subdivision final plat to combine six lots into one on the property located at 356 New Point Peter Rd, tax parcels 160A 131F, 160A 131G, 160A 131H, 160A 131J, 160A 131K, and 160A 131L. 5. New Business: d. Minor Subdivision – Anthony and Jennie Bentle are requesting approval of a Minor Subdivision Plat for Lots 315 and 316 located in Winding River Subdivision.
