Property addressed as 1772 Sylvan Street N Motion made by Commissioner Meisinger, and amended by Commissioner Tolbert: Staff is authorized to negotiate with the owners of property addressed as 1772 Sylvan Street N in Maplewood, Minnesota to arrive at a purchase price not to exceed the 2016 County Valuation of $149,900, and to use reasonable discretion to address all other terms and conditions necessary to obtain the owners’ approval of a purchase agreement, subject to final approval of the Board of Water Commissioners. 2. Habitat for Humanity - volunteer date for SPRWS is scheduled for August 1st. Board approved the purchase of lunch for the volunteers. 3. Exit meeting with the State Auditors occurred last week; meeting went well with no issues. 4.
