Highland Reservoir Redevelopment meeting with City Departments was held today. 2. SPRWS has an item on the City of Saint Paul 2018 Legislative Agenda to use design-build procurement process for the McCarron's Water Treatment Process Improvements Project. 3. Met with City of Mendota regarding Water Service Agreement - new agreement should be ready for Board approval in a couple of months. 4. SPRWS External Customer meeting will be held on February 28th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. 5. March Board meeting will include conduit assessment report and amended Pigs Eye Agreement. 6. Winter maintance - 48 main breaks since January 1st. Frost is five feet deep.
