Media interest regarding Judges ruling of putting a lawn sprinkler ban in effect if White Bear Lake is not at 923 ½ feet (for municipalities with wells within five miles of White Bear). 2. Senator Wiger visited SPRWS today to ask more questions about design build. Design Build Bill will be brought to the Senate Floor on Wednesday, May 9th. 3. Discussions with University of Minnesota continue. U of M would like to be a wholesale customer. 4.
