1. Performance Measures are included in the Board Packet. Division Managers will
present Performance Measures to Board quarterly (starting in February). The
Performance Measures will be available on-line eventually.
2. Meeting with new Ramsey County Parks Director and Mike Hahm to talk about
Highland Reservoir site.
3. Attending Maplewood City Council meeting in two weeks - conditional use permit is
on the agenda.
