Brian Alton nominated Richard Kramer for Chair, and George Johnson moved a unanimous ballot. Gladys Morton nominated Deborah Montgomery for Vice Chair, and Richard Kramer moved for a unanimous ballot. Gladys Morton nominated Virginia Rybin for Secretary of Charter Commission, George Johnson moved for unanimous ballot. 2 Commission Staffing Richard Kramer nominated to keep Sygrid Johnson as Communications Chair.
