Councilmember Khaliq said the resolution honored Marvin Anderson and Floyd
Smaller, cofounders of Rondo, Inc., for their work in remembering and celebrating the
Rondo neighborhood. He moved approval.
Councilmember Tolbert shared remembrances of having Mr . Smaller as a teacher
and coach, and said he was honored to have the opportunity to support the
resolution.
