22 Ord 13-51 Amending Chapters 61, 65, and 66 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code
pertaining to agricultural and farmers market uses.
Councilmember Tolbert introduced an amendment limiting the number of sales per
year and restricting sales to items grown on site. He said the restriction in the
number of sales per year brought the regulations in line with those for garage sales.
Councilmember Brendmoen expressed support for the amendment.
Councilmember Khaliq asked whether the amendments would apply to churches and
schools is residential neighborhoods. Councilmember Stark said the restrictions
were based on zoning.
