Final Adoption 13 Ord 13-64 Memorializing City Council action granting the application of Steven L and Jennifer E Virkus to rezone property at 814 Grand Avenue from B2 Community Business to T2 Traditional Neighborhood, and amending Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to the Saint Paul zoning map. (Public hearing held November 6, 2013) Councilmember Thune moved approval. (Public hearing held December 4, 2013) Laid over to January 15 for final adoption Second Reading 15 Ord 13-62 Amending Chapter 366 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code to require recycling at all community festivals. Councilmember Tolbert moved to continue the second reading to January 15. He said he was expecting amendments and wanted to allow time for them to be reviewed prior to the public hearing.
