and shoe allowance equivalent to Communications Technician Helper
as stipulated in Article 9.2 of the current Collective Bargaining
Agreement.

Final Adoption
15 Ord 14-9 Amending Chapter 225 of the Legislative Code to regulate use of
bows, arrows, and crossbows in the City of Saint Paul.
Councilmember Stark moved to lay the matter over for four weeks. He said given
testimony from the previous week and some additional information, he would like to
explore options for restricting the activity in more specific places.

Council members shared information about upcoming events in their wards.
Councilmember Brendmoen introduced Patti Schwartz, North Dale Recreation Center
Director, and teen volunteers Frank Marck, Karl Hyde, and Jeremy Moffit. She
acknowledged the volunteers' accomplishments, and Ms. Schwartz expressed her
appreciation for their work.
FOR DISCUSSION
14 RES 14-361 Recognizing Marcella G. Schillinger on her retirement from the City of
Saint Paul.
Council President Lantry invited Ms. Schillinger to the podium, and read the
resolution. Ms. Schillinger made brief comments.
