Adopted 7 RES 14-369 Preliminary Order setting the date of City Council Public Hearing for April 2, 2014 to consider approval of a sidewalk improvement along the west side of Davern Street from Saint Paul Avenue to Colvin Avenue. (File #S1402, Assessment #145302) Adopted 8 RES 14-382 Approving assessment costs and setting date of City Council Public Hearing to ratify the assessment for construction of new sidewalks in the west Midway area of Ward 4. (File No. S1204, Assessment No. 125305) Adopted City of Saint Paul Page 2 City Council Minutes - Final March 12, 2014 9 RES 14-399 Approving the Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and AFSCME-Technical, Local 1842 for the purpose of establishing the wage rates for the new job classification of Community Recreation Specialist. Laid over to March 19 for adoption 10 RES 14-420 Approving the Memorandum of Agreement regarding the method by which the City matches employee contributions into Investment Accounts, between the City of Saint Paul and AFSCME-Legal, Local 3757; Manual & Maintenance Supervisors Association; Operating Engineers, Local 70; Professional Employees Association; Tri-Council Laborers, Local 132; Tri-Council General Drivers, Local 120; and Tri-Council Operating Engineers, Local 49. Adopted 13 RES 14-383 Approving a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for 411 Minnesota Street, LLC, d/b/a Doubletree By Hilton Saint Paul (License ID #20130000646) at 411 Minnesota Street. Adopted FOR DISCUSSION 11 RES 14-395 Authorizing the Parks and Recreation Department to enter into an agreement with the Public Housing Agency of Saint Paul for the use and management of McDonough Recreation Center. Councilmember Brendmoen said the City and the PHA had entered into a new partnership a few years before to offer services at McDonough, and this agreement extended the partnership to 2027. She thanked Brad Meyer from Parks for his work on the City programming. She moved approval. Second Reading 14 Ord 14-14 Memorializing City Council action granting the application of Bradshaw Group Inc. to rezone property at 678 Snelling Avenue South from B3 General Business to T3 Traditional Neighborhood, and amending Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to the Saint Paul zoning map. (Public hearing held February 5, 2014) Laid over to March 19 for third reading ADJOURNMENT Councilmember Stark moved adjournment.
