Received and Filed 2 AO 14-20 Authorizing the Fire Department to pay for all costs incurred to hold a graduation ceremony for the winter graduating class of the EMS Academy on April 21, 2014 at the Paul and Sheila Wellstone Center. Adopted 6 RES 14-784 Approving the Labor Agreement (January 1, 2013 - December 31, 2015) between the City of Saint Paul and The Saint Paul Fire Supervisory Association, International Association of Firefighters, Local 3939. Adopted 7 RES 14-850 Approving the Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Police Federation for the purpose of implementing the Field Training Officer (FTO) premium increase. Laid over to May 21 for adoption 8 RES 14-851 Approving the change in the rate of pay for the classification of Deputy Director of Parks and Recreation, occ code 200B, from Grade 29C to Grade 030, in the Non-Represented City Managers Salary Schedule 17. Adopted 10 RES 14-862 Approving Ramsey County's Grant Application to the Department of Employment and Economic Development for site investigation and RAP development funding at the Ramsey County Riverfront Properties (Ramsey County Adult Detention Center and Government Center West) Sites. Adopted 11 RES 14-571 Approving the Hamline Midway Community Plan as an addendum to the Saint Paul Comprehensive Plan. Adopted 12 RES 14-787 Approving the issuance of an approximately $1,700,000 conduit, bank qualified, tax exempt note for the Montessori School of Minnesota. Adopted 13 RES 14-789 Approving the agreement between the City of St. Paul and the State of Minnesota related to transfer of sewer ownership. Adopted 14 RES 14-845 Authorizing the Director of the Department of Public Works to apply for the City of St. Paul to be a Minnesota GreenCorps host site and to receive up to two Minnesota Pollution Control Agency GreenCorps members to assist citywide environmental programs and initiatives. (Public hearing held April 2, 2014) Laid over to May 21 for final adoption Second Reading 16 Ord 14-19 Memorializing City Council action granting the application of Olin 5 LLC to rezone property at 1809 Old Hudson Road from VP Vehicular Parking to T1 Traditional Neighborhood, and amending Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to the Saint Paul zoning map. (Public hearing held April 2, 2014) Laid over to May 21 for third reading 17 Ord 14-21 Amending Administrative Code Section 86.06 to exempt district councils from the certificate of compliance fee. Councilmember Bostrom spoke about the work done by the Kysers, including arranging for WWII veterans to visit the memorial in Washington, DC. He moved approval of the resolution.
