Adopted 13 RES 14-789 Approving the agreement between the City of St. Paul and the State of Minnesota related to transfer of sewer ownership. Adopted 14 RES 14-845 Authorizing the Director of the Department of Public Works to apply for the City of St. Paul to be a Minnesota GreenCorps host site and to receive up to two Minnesota Pollution Control Agency GreenCorps members to assist citywide environmental programs and initiatives. (Public hearing held April 2, 2014) Laid over to May 21 for final adoption Second Reading 16 Ord 14-19 Memorializing City Council action granting the application of Olin 5 LLC to rezone property at 1809 Old Hudson Road from VP Vehicular Parking to T1 Traditional Neighborhood, and amending Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to the Saint Paul zoning map.
