Councilmember Stark read the resolution honoring John Hershey, retiring University
of St. Thomas Neighborhood Liaison. Mr. Hershey made brief comments.
Councilmember Stark moved approval of the resolution.

map. (Public hearing held April 2, 2014)

the community. He moved approval of the resolution. Councilmember Bostrom
thanked Councilmember Thune for bringing the item forward.
