Adopted 4 RES 14-1153 Approving the release of utility easement rights in a vacated alley, and the deletion of a condition prohibiting vehicular access to Madison Street in connection with the redevelopment of the McDonald's restaurant property at 2322 West 7th Street. Adopted 5 RES 14-1156 Authorizing the Fire Department to accept the donation of 36 pet oxygen masks from Invisible Fence Brand. Adopted City of Saint Paul Page 2 City Council Minutes - Final July 16, 2014 9 RES 14-1073 Pertaining to an Amendment No. 1 to Water Tower Site Lease Agreement with Verizon Wireless (VAW) LLC d/b/a Verizon Wireless to provide for additional equipment and increased rent at the Board’s Cottage Avenue Standpipe site located at 2095 Clear Avenue in the city of Maplewood. Adopted Council President Lantry noted Item 5, accepting the donation of pet oxygen masks, and thanked Invisible Fence Brand Project Breathe for the donation. FOR DISCUSSION 10 RLH RR 14-7 Ordering the rehabilitation or razing and removal of the structures at 1022 MINNEHAHA AVENUE WEST within one-hundred eighty days after the September 17, 2014, City Council Public Hearing. (Public hearing held and closed; laid over from September 3) Legislative Hearing Officer Marcia Moermond said the property was close to being completely cleaned out, and she asked that the item be referred back to Legislative Hearings on July 29 and to City Council on September 3 at the 3:30 portion of the meeting. Councilmember Thao moved to lay the matter over to September 3 at 3:30. Final Adoption 11 Ord 14-25 Amending Chapter 157 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to parking for commercial and overweight vehicles. Councilmember Brendmoen moved approval. Laid over to July 23 for third reading/public hearing 13 Ord 14-29 Amending Chapter 409 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to Sunday Sales and Brewer Taproom licenses, and Microdistillery Cocktail Room licenses. Laid over to July 23 for third reading/public hearing First Reading 14 Ord 14-30 Amending Chapter 2 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code pertaining to Community Presence and Responsibility in Banking. Council President Lantry introduced an amendment adding public purpose language; she said the attachment would also continue to be updated.
