Adopted 16 RES 14-1608 Approving the 2014 Memorandum of Agreement for the Wage and Fringe Adjustment between the City of Saint Paul and the Plumbers Local 34. Laid over to October 1 for adoption 17 RES 14-1587 Approving the application with conditions, per the Deputy Legislative Hearing Officer, to add an Auto Body Repair Garage license to the existing Auto Repair Garage license, for Hmong Auto Service and Sales Inc., (I.D. #0010069), d/b/a Hmong Auto Service at 789 Rice Street. Adopted 18 RES 14-1681 Granting approval to the Saint Paul Saints Baseball Club, Inc. to enter into a Naming Rights agreement with CHS Inc. to name the Lowertown Ballpark the "CHS Field." Adopted 19 RES 14-1596 Authorizing the Police Department to enter into a Cooperative Agreement with the Hubert Humphrey Job Corps Center. Adopted 20 RLH RR 14-18 Staying enforcement for 180 days of City Council File RLH RR 13-62 ordering the rehabilitation or razing and the demolition of the structures at 929 SEVENTH STREET WEST within 180 days after the March 5, 2014 City Council Public Hearing. Adopted FOR DISCUSSION Recess of City Council and convening of Library Board. Consideration by Library Board of RES 14-1627: Requesting that the City levy property taxes for the Library Agency. City of Saint Paul Page 4 City Council Minutes - Final September 24, 2014 21 RES 14-1626 Approving a 2015 maximum property tax levy for the City of Saint Paul. Councilmember Brendmoen moved an amendment to reduce the City levy by an amount commensurate with the increase in the library levy. Yeas - 6 Nays - 0 Councilmember Thao moved approval of the resolution as amended.
