2 RES 14-1927 Memorializing a decision of the City Council granting the appeal of
George and Wendy Caucutt of a decision of the Heritage Preservation
Commission denying a building permit to replace front porch windows
at 1621 Summit Avenue, which is located in the Summit Avenue West
Heritage Preservation District.

3 RES 14-1964 Memorializing City Council action taken on October 15, 2014
sustaining adverse licensing action against all licenses held by RAS
Ethiopian Bar and Restaurant, d/b/a RAS Restaurant and Lounge at
2516 Seventh Street West.

4 RES 14-1856 Amending Civil Service Rule 14 of the City of Saint Paul Civil Service
Rules to eliminate Promotion Rights to any position within the
Non-Represented Management and Legislative Group.

Rules to modify the family members for whom an employee may use
sick leave credits and the circumstances under which an employee
may use sick leave credits.

the north bounded by Robert Street, Tenth Street East, and Minnesota

from the Capital Region Watershed District's 2015 Special Projects
Grant Program, and to apply for grants to other agencies and groups

execute grant agreements in compliance with all applicable laws, and
authorizing staff to apply for reimbursement from the grant funds
approved for the projects herein.

Councilmember Thao made brief comments honoring Ms. Montgomery. He read the
resolution and presented Ms. Montgomery with a plaque. Ms. Montgomery made
brief comments. Councilmember Thao moved approval.

non-snow emergency routes.

Councilmember Thune thanked Public Works street workers who had done a great
job plowing, shoveling, salting, and sanding.
