February 4, 2015, City Council Public Hearing.
Legislative Hearing Officer Marcia Moermond said all materials had been submitted
for the rehabilitation, and she recommended amending the resolution to grant 180
days for the rehabilitation of the property.
Councilmember Brendmoen moved to adopt Ms. Moermond's recommendation.

14 RLH RR 15-7 Ordering the rehabilitation or razing and removal of the structures at
688 SIXTH STREET EAST within fifteen (15) days after the March 4,
2015, City Council Public Hearing.
Legislative Hearing Officer Marcia Moermond said she'd received an email
documenting and clarifying the financials, and she recommended amending the
resolution to grant 90 days for the rehabilitation of the property.
Councilmember Finney moved to adopt Ms. Moermond's recommendation. He
asked that Ms. Moermond convey to the property owner that the City wanted this
taken care of and no further extensions would be granted.
Adopted as amended (90 days to remove or repair)
