attached, and amending Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code pertaining to the Saint Paul zoning map. (Public hearing held
April 15, 2015)

12 Ord 15-26 Adding new sections to Legislative Code Chapters 73 and 61 in order
to provide a process pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 471.194, Subd.3(6) to
grant zoning use variances for the purpose of promoting the use and
conservation of historic properties.

Councilmember Finney moved an amended version of the ordinance to include
microdistilleries.
