Adopted 3 RES 15-1142 Accepting an educational grant of $85,000 from The Travelers Foundation to provide support to the Mayor's educational, youth employment, and out-of-school time initiatives such as Sprockets, Right Track, My Brother’s Keeper and the Saint Paul Promise Neighborhood. Adopted 4 RES 15-1154 Providing for the issuance of and accepting a proposal on the sale of General Obligation Variable Rate Street Improvement Special Assessment Bonds, Series 2015C to finance the 2015 Saint Paul Street Vitality Program and to refinance certain obligations of the City; fixing the form and specifications of the Series 2015C Bonds; providing for the issuance of the Series 2015C Bonds; and levying a tax for the payment of the Series 2015C Bonds. Adopted 5 RES 15-1130 Authorizing the Fire Department to accept the donation of $1,500 from the Saint Paul Fire Foundation for Safety Camp. Adopted 6 RES 15-1083 Authorizing the Department of Parks and Recreation to pay for travel-related expenses, including airfare, lodging, meals, etc., not exceeding $4,000 from existing budgeted funds, for Como Zoo's Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) Accreditation inspectors, who are not city employees, from July 5-8, 2015. Adopted 7 RES 15-1122 Authorizing the Police Department to enter into a Mutual Aid Agreement with the City of Duluth, which includes an indemnification clause.
