Their end is going to be turned into grass and a fence. Those addresses are 88 Belvidere and 93 Winona. 7 in favor, none opposed Adopted as amended 7 RES 15-1293 Memorializing City Council action taken July 8, 2015 approving lot split to create two (2) tracts via Registered Land Survey, at 1905 Suburban Ave, NE corner at Burns Avenue. Councilmember Thune said Bob Dylan (Robert Zimmerman) played at the Saints former original home--Midway Stadium--several times. They thought it would be a good idea for Fourth Street to be co-named Positively Fourth Street, which is one of Dylan's songs. Shari Moore, City Clerk, read the resolution. Thune moved approval. 7 in favor, none opposed Resolution adopted Mike (last name not mentioned) thanked the City Council for the new stadium. Council President Stark said it was an honor to be on the Karl Neid committee for the first time. Many members who reviewed the application were in the room. This year's award winner is Don Luna. Karl Neid's wife talked about him and his legacy. She congratulated Mr. Luna. Chris Rider, previous year's recipient, said a few words about winning the award last year and what her year has been like. Mayor Coleman said a few years and congratulated Mr. Luna. Dona Luna, Karl Neid recipient, addressed the crowd. Received and Filed ORDINANCES An ordinance is a city law enacted by the City Council. It is read at four separate council meetings and becomes effective after passage by the Council and 30 days after publication in the Saint Paul Legal Ledger.
