end. Their end is going to be turned into grass and a fence. Those addresses are 88

CO 15-39 Presentation of the 2015 Karl Neid Award to Don Luna..
Council President Stark said it was an honor to be on the Karl Neid committee for the
first time. Many members who reviewed the application were in the room.
This year's award winner is Don Luna.
Karl Neid's wife talked about him and his legacy. She congratulated Mr. Luna.
Chris Rider, previous year's recipient, said a few words about winning the award last
year and what her year has been like.
Mayor Coleman said a few years and congratulated Mr. Luna.
Dona Luna, Karl Neid recipient, addressed the crowd.
