Paul.
Councilmember Brendmoen said Councilmember Thune brought up a good point
about the planning process. There are expenses and costs and we should be
prepared. She will support the levy. The City grows and it is more expensive to
serve. This will be more challenging as we go forward
Councilmember Bostrom said this is the maximum. It does not have to be that high.
Councilmember Stark said he agrees with Brendmoen. There are needs. That is
always the case. There is a balancing act in trying to keep taxes low. There are
things we wish we could be doing. We will go forth with the rest of the budget

iPads to review the files during the meeting. Using the iPad greatly reduces costs since most
agendas, including the documents attached to files, are over 1000 pages when printed.
Web
Meetings are available on the Council's website. Email notification and web feeds (RSS) of
newly released Minutes, Agendas and Meetings are available by subscription. Please visit
