17 Ord 16-38 Granting the application of Phalenview Real Estate LLC to rezone
property at 419 Whitall Street from RT1 Two-Family Residential to
RM2 Multiple Family Residential, and amending Chapter 60 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to the Saint Paul zoning map.
