RLH RR 13-62 which ordered the rehabilitation or razing and the
demolition of the structures at 929 SEVENTH STREET WEST within
180 days after the March 5, 2014 City Council Public Hearing. (Public
hearing held October 19)
Councilmember Noecker moved approval. She said the item had been laid over from
the previous week for a couple more pieces of evidence to document that the project
was really moving ahead. She said this was another historic theater being
rehabilitated along West Seventh Street, and the owners, Ryan and Tina North, had
been doing yeoman's work and working through a lot of City processes to get it up to
speed and ready. She asked for the Council's approval to stay enforcement again
and provide 180 days to rehabilitate the structure rather than razing it.
Council President Stark said he assumed the requested information had been
provided. Councilmember Noecker said that was also her assumption.
