6th; and approving the annual operation and maintenance costs for
the new above standard lighting, which will be assessed to affected

Tanaka, and Lue Vang; and reappointments of Melanie McMahon,
Christopher Ochs, Trevor Oliver, Elizabeth Reveal, and Wendy
Underwood to serve on the Saint Paul Planning Commission.
