Adopted 17 RES 17-669 Approving the 2017 Performance Agreement between the Saint Paul Neighborhood Network and the City of Saint Paul. Adopted FOR DISCUSSION City of Saint Paul Page 3 City Council Minutes - Final April 26, 2017 18 RES 17-649 Proclaiming April 30, 2017 as Lex-Ham Community Arts Day in the City of Saint Paul. Councilmember Thao read the resolution and presented a plaque to Urban Landreman, who made brief comments. Councilmember Thao moved approval of the resolution. Adopted Yea: 7- Councilmember Bostrom, Councilmember Brendmoen, Councilmember Thao, Councilmember Tolbert, City Council President Stark, Councilmember Noecker and Councilmember Prince Nay: 0 19 RES 17-660 Co-naming a portion of Burns Avenue in honor of Dr. Earl F. Miller, Sr. Councilmember Prince invited Dr. Melvin Miller and Jevetta Steele to the podium, and read the resolution. Dr. Miller and Ms. Steele made brief comments. Councilmember Prince moved approval of the resolution.
