Adopted 3 RES 18-16 Preliminary Order setting the date of City Council public hearing for February 21, 2018 to consider approval for completing the sidewalk network on local streets bounded by Randolph Avenue, Hamline Avenue, Highland Parkway, and Snelling Avenue (Project No. S1801). Adopted 4 RES 18-54 Approving a grant agreement with the Metropolitan Council, which contains an indemnification clause, for the Great River Passage River Balcony project. Mayor Carter congratulated Chief Inks. Chief Inks made brief comments.
