after publication in the Saint Paul Legal Ledger. Public hearings on ordinances are
held at the third reading.
Final Adoption
10 Ord 17-60 Establishing sustainable building regulations for buildings owned,
operated, or funded by the City.
Councilmember Prince said Green Globes would be coming out with new standards
later this year, and City staff and University of Minnesota consultants would evaluate
the standards and make a recommendation about whether they should be incorporated
going forward.
Council President Brendmoen said she felt that made sense, and, as was discussed
the previous week, it should be a living ordinance that the City could continually
improve.
Councilmember Stark moved approval of the resolution.
