Society and amending the financing and spending plan in the
Department of Parks and Recreation in the amount of $390,000, to
reflect the Minnesota China Garden Friendship Society’s gift for the St.
Paul-Changsha China Friendship Garden project in Phalen Regional
Park.
No one was present to testify. Councilmember Bostrom moved to close the public
hearing and approve the resolution.
