Motion Failed. Yea: 2- Commissioner Bostrom, and Commissioner Prince Nay: 5- Commissioner Stark, Commissioner Thao, Commissioner Tolbert, Chair Brendmoen, and Commissioner Noecker Commissioner Stark moved Approval. The Resolultion was Adopted.
