-understands that your letter to Mai Vang indicated that you mailed the check;
however, we did not receive a check
-we bill twice: 1) a couple days after the Fire C of O is approved; and 2) if it hasn't
been paid 30 days later & you get 15 days to pay it; after that, if it hasn't been paid, it
goes to assessment
Mr. Johnson:
-I mailed the check in between the Sep & Oct statements but apparently, they didn't
get the check so when I got this bill, I mailed another check but it came back to me
-I have no problem paying the $455 because that's what I paid
Ms. Shaff:
-it would be cheaper for you to pay the assessment fee than to pay your bill because
your total assessment is $357 and your bill was $455 because the city can't assess
provisional fees; and after it goes to assessment, we can't take any more money
Ms. Nhia Vang:
-and you can't pay the assessment until the City Council takes action
-approve
