Referred to the City Council due back on 5/17/2017 10 RLH VBR 17-28 Appeal of Chris Inwards to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 892 CONWAY STREET. Sponsors: Stark Waive the vacant building fee for 120 days; however, VB fee has gone to assessment. Deny the appeal on the VB status; however, legislative hearing officer will consult with Stephen Ubl to see if a full code compliance inspection is required or a building only inspection.
