City Council Meeting July 13, 2026 6pm Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Tahoka shall meet at 6:00 p.m., on Monday, July 13, 2026. The meeting shall be held in the Community Room located at 1807 N. Main Street Tahoka, Texas 79373. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows: 1. Citizens Presentation: Any citizen wishing to address the council may do so after providing a written request to speak to the City Administrator and giving their name and address for the record. There is a three (3) minute time limit. The Council may not address any issues not listed on the agenda; however, they may receive information. 3. Department Head Report 4. Approve and Accept June 08th, minutes 5. Discuss, consider and take action on approving the amendment to Section 13.403(4)(h)- Replacement of Agency Name 6. Discuss, consider and take action on accepting resignation of the Municipal Judge 7. Discuss, consider and take action on approving Interim Municipal Judge, Jan Matthews 8. Discuss, consider and take action on approving Utility Rate Study with Oller Engineering 9. Discuss, consider and take action on approving the CRMWA II Memorandum of Understanding 10. This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the Economic Development Committee, but this notice is being posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. As a governmental body, the Economic Development Committee will not deliberate, take any formal action on any items discussed, nor meeting minutes will be produced for this notice.
