REGULAR MEETING AGENDA The Historic Preservation Board and the City intend to have a quorum of the Board physically present at the address stated above. PUBLIC COMMENTS Citizens who desire to address the Board on any matter may sign up to do so prior to this meeting. Public comments will be received during this portion of the meeting. Please limit comments to three minutes. No discussion or final action will be taken by the Historic Preservation Board. B. REGULAR AGENDA 1. Approval of Minutes: December 15, 2021 Regular Meeting. 2. Receive and discuss a presentation regarding the Texas Open Meetings Act. 3. Receive and discuss an update on the status of the current Ch. 17 Historic Preservation Ordinance amendments and discuss future amendments timeline. 4. Receive and discuss an updated presentation on the Downtown District Neighborhood Plan draft with plan additions relating to historic preservation. 5. Review and discuss a direct mailer to residents of the North Central Temple Historic District. 6. Review and discuss the Historic Preservation Board Work Plan. 7. Review and Discuss the Historic Preservation Board Annual Report to Council. 8. Receive and discuss an update regarding administrative approvals of COA applications within the North Central Temple Historic District. 9.
